Roles & Core Responsibilities

AI Tech Dev & Automation Specialist — Build and optimize the Wizy CRM system (Next.js, Supabase, Vercel) and gamification features (Referral, Credit Wallet). Configure and train Wizy AI Agents (24/7 Chatbots, Smart Booking, SMS Automation workflows) on GoHighLevel. Develop Supabase Edge Functions with Gemini Flash API for anti-fraud automation.

AI Growth Marketer & Prompt Designer — Apply AI tools (CremyX, Gemini, ChatGPT) to produce multi-channel content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) following the C.R.E.A.T.E framework and TOFU-MOFU-BOFU strategies. Design graphics using AI design tools and Canva/Photoshop. Tăng tốc sản xuất và tối ưu hóa nội dung chuẩn Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) để hiển thị trong nguồn trích dẫn của các AI Search engine.

Customer Experience & Success Partner — Oversee client onboarding, guiding salon/restaurant owners on using Wizy CRM and digital check-ins. Manage pipeline data on CRM. Leverage AI for Sentiment Analysis on Google reviews to proactively manage customer satisfaction.

  • ✦Language: Fluent English communication. Ability to speak Vietnamese is a major asset.
