Hoan and Loc are two Vietnamese-Canadians who saw a clear gap: Ontario has over 8,500 Vietnamese-owned small businesses, and not a single professional marketing agency was built specifically to serve them.
Mainstream Toronto agencies charged $5,000-$8,000/month and didn't speak the language — literally or culturally. Vietnam-based agencies couldn't show up in person. Cheap freelancers lacked strategy. The gap was massive.
