These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Wizy website, Wizy Mini CRM, social rewards features, marketing services, consultations, and related tools. Please also review our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of these terms

  • By using the Wizy website, Wizy Mini CRM, social rewards features, consultations, marketing services, or related tools, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • If you are using the services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

2. Services

  • Wizy provides marketing, CRM, website, advertising, social media, SEO, content, automation, consultation, and related business support services.
  • Service scope, timelines, deliverables, fees, and responsibilities may be described in a separate quote, proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement.
  • Some features may be experimental, in beta, or provided for testing, including Wizy Mini CRM and social rewards features.

3. Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if we believe there is abuse, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, or violation of these terms.

4. Customer data and content

  • You retain ownership of the business information, customer records, uploaded files, screenshots, and content you provide to Wizy.
  • You grant Wizy permission to use that information as needed to provide, operate, improve, and support the services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, submit, or share any content or customer information with Wizy.

5. Google and third-party integrations

  • If you connect a Google account or another third-party service, you authorize Wizy to access and use the information permitted by you for the purpose of providing the requested feature.
  • Your use of Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, hosting providers, payment systems, analytics tools, or other third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
  • Wizy is not responsible for changes, outages, limits, or decisions made by third-party platforms.

6. Social rewards and credits

  • Credits are promotional reward points for eligible activities such as verified social follows, uploads, or other approved actions.
  • Credits are not cash, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money.
  • Wizy may review, approve, reject, adjust, expire, or remove credits if proof is invalid, duplicated, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the program rules.
  • Wizy may change or end credits programs at any time.

7. Acceptable use

  • You agree not to use the services for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, spam, or security-compromising activities.
  • You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, interference, or misuse of Wizy systems.
  • You agree not to upload content that violates the rights of others or contains malware, illegal content, or confidential information you are not allowed to share.

8. Fees, payments, and refunds

  • Paid services are billed according to the quote, invoice, subscription, or written agreement accepted by the client.
  • Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees already paid for completed work, setup work, strategy, consulting time, or delivered services are non-refundable.
  • Late payment may delay project delivery, campaign activity, support, or access to paid features.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • Marketing results can vary based on industry, budget, market conditions, competition, platform rules, client responsiveness, and other factors outside Wizy's control.
  • Wizy does not guarantee specific sales, rankings, leads, revenue, ad approvals, account approvals, or platform decisions.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wizy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
