Account Executive (Marketing Project Management)

Own communication, timelines and delivery quality across Wizy's Canadian client accounts while connecting clients, strategists and the Vietnam production team.

About the Role

The Account Executive is the operating bridge between Wizy's clients, Canada-based strategy team and Vietnam delivery team. You will turn decisions into clear tasks, keep projects moving, protect scope and quality, and help clients understand what was delivered and what the data suggests next.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management — Build timelines, assign and track deliverables, manage approvals and keep content, ads, local SEO, website or CRM work moving on schedule.

Client Communication — Prepare agendas, join client meetings, document decisions, follow up on inputs and maintain professional relationships.

Briefing & Quality — Translate client needs into actionable briefs, review deliverables against scope and brand requirements, and coordinate revisions.

Reporting — Collect channel data, prepare clear monthly reports and help the strategy team explain performance, risks and next actions.

Commercial Support — Support quotes, proposals and scope changes; identify expansion opportunities only when they address a real client need.

Issue Resolution — Spot blockers early, align the right people and communicate tradeoffs before deadlines or expectations are affected.

What We're Looking For

✦At least one year of relevant account, project coordination, client success or digital marketing experience is preferred.
✦Strong written and spoken communication, practical problem-solving and calm handling of feedback or changing priorities.
✦Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and the dependencies between content, creative, paid media, local SEO and conversion.
✦Working English for meetings, email and project documentation with Canada-based clients and team members.
✦Comfortable with project-management tools, spreadsheets, presentations, Canva and AI-assisted documentation.
✦Organized, detail-oriented and willing to take responsibility for clarity, deadlines and follow-through.

Position Details

Employment — Full-time.

Work Model — Hybrid, remote or office-based in Ho Chi Minh City. Regular overlap with Canada working hours is required for selected meetings.

Office — HiTek, Floor 6, Hai Au Building, 39B Truong Son Street, Tan Son Nhat Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Compensation — Negotiable based on experience, communication capability and level of project ownership.
