Marketing Executive (AI, Content & Ads)

About the Role
Wizy is an Ontario-based hybrid marketing agency serving local businesses in Canada, with a growing creative and delivery team in Vietnam. You will work closely with our Canada-based strategy and client team to execute the marketing work promised to clients across F&B, beauty, healthcare, real estate and professional services. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move from a brief to a polished deliverable and use AI to work faster without compromising judgment or quality.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Preferred Experience
- ✦Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, content production or agency/client-side campaign execution; a strong portfolio can substitute for a specific number of years.
- ✦Strong preference for candidates who can edit short-form video and create polished social or advertising visuals.
- ✦Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or both, including basic performance analysis and optimization.
- ✦Comfortable using AI tools as part of a real production workflow, not only for one-click content generation.
- ✦Good understanding of online marketing funnels, audience intent, calls to action and the role of content in generating leads, bookings or store visits.
- ✦Excellent written Vietnamese and enough working English to understand briefs, use marketing tools and communicate with the Canada-based team.
- ✦Organized, dependable and comfortable managing several client tasks with different deadlines and brand requirements.
What Success Looks Like
- ✦You are a hands-on marketer who enjoys making the work, not only presenting strategy.
- ✦Your videos, visuals and copy are clear, on-brand and ready for client review with minimal rework.
- ✦You can explain what is performing, what is not and what should be tested next using real campaign data.
- ✦You adapt tone carefully across sensitive and varied industries, from restaurants and salons to healthcare and professional services.
- ✦You communicate proactively across time zones and take ownership of commitments.
