Marketing & Creative Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious and creative mind to join our team in Ontario and help us shape outstanding brand experiences for both Wizy and our diverse client portfolio across the GTA.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design — Design and produce high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop (and/or Illustrator/Canva) for digital and print campaigns. Create engaging, scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns — Support and help execute integrated marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and drive traffic (O2O). Plan and coordinate digital campaigns. Analyze performance metrics.

PR, Partnerships & Events — Support local PR initiatives, media outreach, and influencer (KOL/KOC) collaborations within the Ontario community. Coordinate community partnerships. Assist with experiential marketing.

Leadership & Coordination — Help coordinate and guide junior staff, interns, or external creatives. Support project timelines and content calendars. Bring proactive, tech-forward ideas.

Digital Presence & Tech Support — Support website updates, email marketing campaigns, and Wizy CRM initiatives. Contribute to growing online sales channels.
🎯

Qualifications

  • ✦Degree or background in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
  • ✦Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop (required); Illustrator or similar design tools are a strong asset.
  • ✦Demonstrated portfolio in visual design, content creation, or short-form video editing.
  • ✦Good understanding of marketing strategy, digital branding, and campaign planning.
  • ✦Experience leading projects, mentoring peers, or coordinating small teams is a strong asset.
  • ✦Strong communication skills in English.
  • ✦Vietnamese language skills are a strong asset (for working closely with our SME clients and back-end production team).
