Creative Marketing Intern

Create social content, develop campaign ideas and edit short-form videos with CapCut and AI tools for Wizy and Canadian clients, working with our team in Ho Chi Minh City.

About the Role

This Ho Chi Minh City-based internship focuses on turning ideas into creative marketing content. With guidance from Wizy’s Vietnam delivery team and collaboration with our Canada-based team, you will develop concepts, write social copy and video scripts, create visuals, and edit videos for real client campaigns. You will use CapCut and AI tools throughout the creative process, then refine your work through feedback and audience performance.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Concepts — Research audiences and social trends, brainstorm campaign concepts, and propose hooks, storyboards and content ideas that fit each brand.

Content Creation — Write captions and short-video scripts, create social graphics in Canva, and help capture photos or video during agreed local content sessions.

Video Editing with CapCut — Edit footage into Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts using CapCut: select clips, refine pacing, add subtitles, music and transitions, and adapt exports for each channel.

Publishing — Prepare and schedule approved posts, update Google Business Profile content and keep asset folders organized.

Creative Testing — Produce variations of hooks, visuals and video cuts for organic posts and ads; use team feedback and performance results to improve the next version.

Reporting — Collect metrics, maintain trackers and summarize observations for weekly or monthly team reviews.

AI Creative Tools — Use tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and AI features in editing or design tools to brainstorm, draft scripts, explore visuals and repurpose content. Review facts, brand consistency and usage rights, and protect client information before sharing or publishing.

What We're Looking For

✦Current student, recent graduate or career starter interested in Marketing, Communications, Design, Film, Media or related creative work.
✦Enjoy storytelling, visual creativity and social media; bring ideas and a willingness to learn through hands-on content production.
✦Basic CapCut video-editing skills, including cutting clips, adding subtitles and exporting short videos; familiarity with Canva and writing social copy.
✦Curious about AI tools for creative work and willing to review and improve their output. Organized with source files, receptive to feedback and clear about deadlines.
✦Good Vietnamese writing skills and working English for research, tools and communication with the Canada-based team.
✦Reliable computer and availability agreed in advance with the supervisor.

Position Details

Employment — Internship with flexible part-time or full-time availability, agreed during the interview.

Work Model — Hybrid, remote or office-based work in Ho Chi Minh City, with in-person collaboration and content sessions when needed. Schedules and meeting locations are agreed in advance.

Office — HiTek, Floor 6, Hai Au Building, 39B Truong Son Street, Tan Son Nhat Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Allowance — Discussed based on availability, capability and expected responsibilities.
